Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Food Production Amt Waxenburg bei Arnstadt

As an assistant to the factory management, you support the operational and administrative management of our production plant in food production. Their focus is in particular in the following areas: Contract management: Care and management of supplier and service contracts Work for departments: Supporting the departments for organisational and administrative issues Contracts: Booking of work orders General administrative activities: creation of extensions, correspondence, spin management Health and Safety Support: Working with Secova (platform training system), Occupational Health and Occupational Health Management (BGM) Infrastructure management: cleaning, winter service and other services Schedule coordination of the work management: preparation, logging and follow-up of meetings and appointments Support for special projects: Implementation of special organisational tasks after the management of the work

We are looking for a personality that can take responsibility, works structured and brings with it a proactive attitude: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in leadership assistance, ideally in the production environment Secure handling of MS Office, ERP systems and digital administration tools Organizational skills, accuracy and structured work High communication capability and team orientation Own initiative, discretion and sense of responsibility Flexibility in a dynamic production environment
