Part-time Facility Management Clerk (m/f/d)

In your role as a specialist in technical facility management, you are responsible for the operational supervision of branches in the region and our tenants. In concrete terms: Active cooperation in fault management and processing of technical fault messages in the branches Supporting the team in the care and control of external service providers, such as craftsmen, etc. Maintenance of property master files in internal systems and support in the organisation of inventory This place is part-time (80h/month)

Successfully completed commercial, technical or crafted training, happy with real estate Professional experience in real estate or facility management desirable Self-employed, structured and conscientious work Strong communication capability associated with a good number affinity Very good MS Office knowledge, knowledge of Google Workspace tools of advantage
