Ideally, for this job in our customer center, you bring these requirements with: A completed training for the social security specialist and several years of professional experience in statutory health insurance

Remarkable: a completed training for the health insurance specialist Farmer*in or comparable studies

A high level of customer enthusiasm, communication strength and consulting competence

Expertise in the social security environment as well as experience in dealing with digital health offerings such as the electronic patient file, the own app of the health insurance, telemedicine and digital health applications
