Planning, commissioning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of building maintenance measures on housing Consumption of damage and interference messages Defining the necessary repair and/or safety measures Contracts compliant with contract law to operational property staff and to third parties Monitoring on-the-spot work execution and acceptance of services Order, Order and Cost Detection in the SAP Process Content control of invoices, pre-configuration and verification and certification of correctness settlement of insurance cases in consultation with the service team management (including the receipt of claims, notification to insurers, order allocation for damage elimination, monitoring and acceptance of services, control and processing of invoices, cost processing with the insurer) Data management in the SAP field process

Qualification: Completed vocational training as a real estate businesswoman or a commercial professional qualification or completed vocational training in a professional field Competences: Good business and real estate knowledge and practical experience in real estate management Secure control of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Secure user knowledge in SAP or unconditional willingness to acquire and continuously expand Further requirements: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, communication skills Customer-/address-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility driving licence class B/3 and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently Willingness to participate in (tlw. multi-day) training/service travel throughout the federal territory
