Team Leader Project Development Wind Energy – Acquisition & Repowering (m/f/d)

Independent project and area acquisitions or Project development in the early phase: You are responsible for the project acquisition, including the location search and analysis of suitable areas for wind energy projects (Repowering and Greenfield). You control, coordinate and carry out land security. Negotiations with landowners and the management of owner talks are among your tasks. You develop a project-specific land security strategy that also includes leases and civic participation offers. disciplinary and professional leadership or Responsibility for land security in the region: You are responsible for the achievement of the region-specific acquisition and repowering goals. The development of the region-specific acquisition and repowering strategy is in your hands. You conduct your team in a disciplined manner (e.g., consisting of project developers:inside, acquisitions, wind farm planners:inside and assistants) in your cross-site organizational unit. The coordination of timetables for the projects and the utilisation control of the employees: inside the cross-site organization unit are your responsibility. You actively support the project developers and area protectors. Rule dates are set up by you to ensure a continuous knowledge transfer. You ensure compliance with the internal Stage gate processes. The interface to the ''Competence Center Repowering''' is maintained and supervised by you. You support regional management in their tasks

You burn for the energy transition and take responsibility. With a profound understanding of the renewable energy industry and multi-year professional experience in project development, ideally also leadership experience, you bring the best conditions. A completed study in a relevant area or a comparable qualification supplements your profile. You are safe in handling MS Office, and knowledge in GIS and AutoCAD are beneficial. A class B driving licence is of course for you. Your high understanding and willingness to work on new topics will be yours. You work structured and organized and convince with outstanding communication skills both internally and externally. With your high level of negotiation, you place value on performance and outcome orientation. Team skills and interdisciplinary work are of course for you. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
