You are the first contact person for parts errors for assembly, manufacturing, for customer failures and for the disposition in the operative supply chain management team They participate in internal quality rounds or manufacturing meetings You take the formal examination of the internal error messages of purchase parts, both in terms of content and orders You will edit and maintain the purchasing parts complaints, including in SAP You undertake the technical and methodological evaluation of supplier feedback (e.g. 5D, 8D report) and agree with internal interfaces - if necessary, you will need to reimprove action by the suppliers They are responsible for the close and timely communication with suppliers as well as with internal interface partners for parts errors, including the preparation and moderation of joint meetings They analyse quality problems with the respective suppliers, coordinate measures for improvement in the context of the CSDP, examine the implementation and effectiveness of the measures, possibly also with the local supplier continue to work with the supplier evaluation and development

They have completed training as a state-tested technician, a certified technical farmer or a comparable degree as well as several years of professional experience in the technical environment They bring experience in the handling and safe use of quality tools (e.g. 8D, RCA, 5Why, Ishikawa, PDCA, SixSigma, etc.) and quality assurance with secure user knowledge in MS Office, SAP or other ERP/CAQ systems You can safely read complex assembly and individual parts drawings, specifications, standards as well as production and procurement documents They are highly independent and targeted and have a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
