We are looking for our Coatings publishing division from 01.10.2026, limited to 31.08.2027 in full time, you as Senior Event Manager (m/w/d) International trade fair conferences successfully manage. Networking people. Markets move. You ensure that our international trade fair conferences are implemented successfully from conception to implementation. With your project management expertise, your attention to customer experiences and your strength in collaboration with international partners, you develop events that bring together and inspire industries.

You take responsibility at our international trade fair conferences and arrange all the trades belonging to the conference. You have a look at the needs of our participants: inside, speakers and sponsors, and you will ensure an exciting and inspiring participant experience. You work closely and trustfully with other departments (e.g. editorial, sales) of the Coatings publishing house. You are a contact person:in for our partners:insides who come from different cultures, and give them reliable, resilient relationships. In the trade fair congress, you can easily learn about events with more than 100 speakers: inside and around the world. You always see opportunities in changes and at any time bring your own impulses that make our trade fairs and trade fair congress even more valuable for our participants.

You have completed a commercial study or a commercial training and have first experience in the management of international events or projects. You have excellent communication skills (internal & external) and have an excellent customer, market and service orientation. You have already successfully worked with people from different cultures in the international environment. You are a:e experienced:e project manager:in and do not lose the overview when several events have to be prepared in parallel. You are a team player:in and convince our partners with professional action in mixed project teams. Your appearance is always partnershipable and self-confident at the same time. You are very happy to travel and are flexible. You have excellent knowledge of German and English.
