Master plant mechanic SHK m/w/d Location: Munich Stahlgruberring Reference number: 2025-0010 Working time: Full time

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the team (6 employees) Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Control of the object team and planning of personnel use as well as ensuring the internal performance calculation of the associated employees Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services Takeover Head of Operations

Technical training - recognized in Germany - as a plant mechanic SHK or alternatively climate / refrigeration technology Training as a technician or master alternatively studies in the field of facility management, technical building equipment, supply technology, heating climate sanitation or ventilation technology Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation driving licence class B
