• First contact person for our customers

• Responsibility for the acceptance, processing and status tracking of our customer collection orders

• Proactive information about deviations in the collection process

• Interface to and constant exchange with MRP, Transit Terminal, Customer Service and our travellers

• Solutionfinder for differences to ensure quality standards and delivery windows

• Management and testing of the data quality of the orders and evaluation of these

• Completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification

• Reliable experience in the logistics industry is desirable, but not absolutely necessary

• Very good German knowledge (Level C2) good English knowledge (Level B2) and ideally other foreign language skills (but not necessarily required)

• Safe handling of current MS Office applications

• Professional communication and telephone behavior

• Individually responsible, structured and customer- and solution-oriented work

• Team skills, flexibility, commitment and joy in cooperation in a dynamic environment

• Sustainably growing family business, diverse tasks in a future industry

• Secure workplace with permanent employment contract

• Working hours from Monday to Friday at a 39-hour week with minute time recording

• 28 days holiday, and the 24.12. and 31.12. are unemployed days -

• Required for 3 weeks

• Holiday allowance of 360€ and participation from 2. Year of employment and other voluntary services such as Christmas money
