As a consultant (m/w/d) in the field of a new software solution for the social sector (Product CGM VIYU) you take a central role.

In the case of acute questions, you are competent to assist our customers and perform training and workshops both remotely and locally.

Ownly, you adapt the necessary documents and enjoy sharing your knowledge.

Together with your dedicated teammates and teammates, you’ll need a continuous exchange to continuously develop the product.

In addition, you bring innovative ideas to improve the user-friendliness of the software and to understand the needs of users even better.

Completed training in care with corresponding professional experience or a comparable position

first experience in training

Flexibility in handling spontaneous changes and overview with high working density

Reliable and conscientious operation with a systematic and customer-oriented approach

Very good knowledge of German communication with our customers
