Clinical care: You participate in diagnostics and therapy in the field, in visits and interdisciplinary case meetings and participate in the clinical stand-by service Research: Together with the researchers of the University Hospital for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, you design scientific projects (translational or clinical) and carry out these independently. You publish your results in journals and participate in the recruitment of competitive third-party funds (e.g. DFG, BMBF). There is a prospective possibility of building own research priorities and working groups. Their work is closely linked to the research structures of the University Hospital and the University Medicine Oldenburg and is carried out in the framework of national research alliances (e.g. FoNetPsy) Teaching: You are actively engaged in university teaching in the model study program Humanmedicine of the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and supervise students as well as scientific qualification work Networking: You contribute to the development and development of interdisciplinary research alliances and actively contribute to the scientific profile formation of the clinic

You are an Approved Doctor or Approved Doctor and are in advanced training as a specialist (m/w/d) for psychiatry and psychotherapy or have already completed this You have a doctorate (Dr. med. or Ph.D.) and enjoy independent scientific work First experience in research (e.g. through publications or collaboration on projects) is desirable; an already successful third-party application is advantageous, but no requirement You are interested in modern research methods (e.g. in the field of supply research, artificial intelligence or social neuroscience) as well as in the analysis of complex data and are motivated to develop in this area You like to work interdisciplinary and have good English skills
