You are responsible for the budgeting and financial control of the department, as well as foreseeable control of existing resources. You maintain and design cooperation with cities and communities, free institutions, welfare associations, schools, clinics, doctors, self-representations, companies and other network partners and continue to develop sustainable cooperation for the social and health infrastructure in the district.

You have a completed academic degree (master or comparable) of economic, legal or administrative sciences. You have several years of relevant professional experience at different positions in public administration. From a previous professional activity you bring several years of leadership experience. Your employees live in a strategic, analytical and approach to the matter, which is characterised by target and solution orientation. As a departmental director, you know the special responsibility of your offices and the impact on citizens in the county as well as the cooperating institutions. You therefore act independently at any time and are able to make decisions independently. As a manager, you strengthen your employees' backs, promote independent work as well as commemoration and support in implementing ideas. The support of the executives in the house is also obvious to you. Communication is one of your strengths. You understand how to integrate the various actors and convince them of your ideas. Information will be prepared and communicated by you in an address-oriented manner. In case of conflicting opinions, you act mediatingly to bring about a mutually agreed solution.
