Support in the development of capture and offer strategies for national and international projects Working with the identification, analysis and pursuit of strategic leads and business opportunities Support for customer presentations and internal management reviews Coordination and integration of relevant stakeholders in the supply process Creation of reports, presentations and decision templates Support for market and competition analyses Participation in the optimization of internal capture and bid processes

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business management or comparable First professional experience in capture management, bid management or strategic distribution of complex systems, ideally in the defense industry Experience with structured capture methods, such as Shipley Process Basic knowledge of public procurement processes, ideally in the military environment, such as MoD, NATO or international tendering Industry knowledge in the field of military vehicles, commercial vehicles or defence systems desirable Embossed strategic and commercial understanding, including pricing, business cases and contract models Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other languages of advantage Ready for business trips
