Your tasks:

These are your tasks in our team

• Commercial support of management
• Coordination of appointments and preparation of meetings
• Administrative assistance tasks for the personnel department (e.g. time recording, holiday and absence planning)
• Organisation and implementation of individual projects
• Interface between departments in management and customers
• Management and organisation of office space
• Completion of correspondence and presentation creation in German and English
• Creation and preparation of documents

Your qualifications:

Convince us with your qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training
• First professional experience in commercial assistance would be desirable
• Self-working
• Good understanding and organised work
• Good knowledge of the current MS Office applications
• Solid English skills
