The Ev. Kindertagesstättenwerk in the Kirchenkreis Schleswig-Flensburg is looking for you as a pedagogical regional management for our kitas with the focus 'Language and Digitization'. For our Ev. Kitas in the area of Flensburg West we are looking for an experienced leader who combines educational quality with strategic, economic thinking and special expertise in language education and digitization. The place has a size of 39 hours per week and is unlimited. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreement for parish workers in the North Church (TV KB).

In this responsible leadership position, you are responsible for the operational and strategic management of 12 day care facilities within your region. Its tasks include in particular: Management of the regional area in accordance with the guidelines, values and strategic objectives of the institution Total responsibility for the educational, human, organisational and economic development of institutions Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as systematic support of kita lines Demand-oriented planning of child day care as well as conceptual further development of offers and support-wide quality standards Strategic development and implementation of concepts for everyday integrated language education and language promotion Control and support of digitalization processes in the kitas (e.g. digital administrative processes, documentation, communication, media-pedagogical approaches) Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (including SGB VIII, Landesrecht) and internal quality and process standards Budget planning, budget monitoring and responsible resource management Initiation, control and support of development and change processes develop joint strategies with the regional management team Professional conflict and crisis management Representation of the institution to authorities, cooperation partners, policy and other network partners Close cooperation with the management and central departments

For this key position we are looking for a sovereign leadership personality with a strategic view, pedagogical expertise and innovation competence: Completion of Higher Education or Higher Education in the field of pedagogy, social education, childhood education or a comparable qualification Multiannual management experience in a day care center, in the field of specialist advice or in a comparable management function Knowledge and practical experience in language education, language promotion and/or language education Experience in the control or implementation of digitalization processes in the education or social field Representative leadership, communication and consulting skills Empathic, esteeming and at the same time clear guiding style Business understanding and experience in budget planning and control Organisational strength, decision-making and resilience readiness for flexible working hours (e.g. evening dates) Class B driving licence
