Active design, design and development of application services in close coordination with our partners in business Responsible for module support and customization within the Services ''Customer Sales & Customs'' and other non-SAP applications Coordination and control of external IT service providers as part of IT project work Responsible for coordinating colleagues and topics in the application areas (SAP or Non-SAP) Standardization and harmonisation as well as optimization and further development of our system and application landscape and services in the area of 'Customer Sales & Customs' towards SAP S/4 Active cooperation in innovative AMS projects, from planning, coordination and implementation to the takeover of the (partial) project management Consulting and support of our business partners as part of the process-oriented support and optimization, new development and design of the business processes in the application landscape Working with the creation of technical solutions/implementation concepts as well as realignment of existing applications, mainly in the field of Logistics Support of key users in business from SAP module SD and non-SAP applications in 2nd and 3rd level support

Successfully completed (university) studies of (economic) computer science, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in consulting and application management, especially in SAP SD Multiannual experience in managing external service providers and technical coordination of internal colleagues Extensive knowledge in the field of operation and user support of logistics-related applications (SAP and non-SAP) Wide-ranging knowledge about business processes in the field of warehouse and inventory management as well as adjacent logistics processes Good knowledge in the field of SAP SD and adjacent SAP ERP modules (customizing, debugging, programming skills) Good process understanding in IT service management Wide-ranging knowledge and experience in business modelling and (IT) project management and ITIL Interest in agile topics (Canban, Scrum, DevOps, SAP Activate)
