Responsible building management for projects in the field of roofing, spenglerei and renovation Coordination and leadership of construction sites and teams Ensuring quality, safety and environmental protection at the construction site Date, cost and performance control Coordination with builders, architectural offices, specialist planners and, if necessary, Authorities Examination of documents, allowances and invoices; Support for follow-up management and settlement. Deficiency management and organisation and implementation of partial and final withdrawals incl. Handling of revision documents.

You convince by a structured, responsible approach and keep an overview of parallel construction sites. You communicate clearly, solution-oriented and bindingly with all project participants and understand how to motivate teams You act quality-conscious, safety-oriented and with a high standard of clean execution and customer satisfaction You have several years of professional experience in the construction management and speak intangible German Ideally, you will bring a training as a rooftop, spengler, civil engineer or architect (each m/w/d) and know the processes in the extension or in the building envelope You control the construction site documentation as well as time and cost management, can safely interpret plans and performance directories and are routined in dealing with common office applications; Knowledge of industry-standard AVA/construction software is advantageous
