Do you want to actively shape complex technical projects and take responsibility for important procurement areas? In this position, you work closely with various specialist areas and ensure that technical systems and assemblies are obtained on time, economically and in the desired quality. You combine strategic thinking with negotiation skills and a good understanding of technical relationships. Your tasks at a glance: You take responsibility for defined modules and systems and manage their procurement throughout the entire purchasing process. In close coordination with the departments you create national and international tenders, send requests to suppliers and pick up offers. The incoming offers check and compare carefully to identify economically and technically suitable solutions. Price and contract negotiations with suppliers lead you independently and aim-oriented. Continuous coordination with design, quality assurance and project management ensures that time, quality and cost targets are met. On site with suppliers you get an impression of production processes and check delivered components and systems. Procurement markets regularly analyze, evaluate trends and derive strategic purchasing decisions. Your supplier network actively expand and identify new and alternative sources of supply. For defined product groups you develop strategic shopping approaches and implement them in the naval environment. Risks within the supply chain are recognised at an early stage and develop appropriate measures to secure the projects. Together with the specialist departments, you process supplements and complaints and provide professional clarification with suppliers. In addition, you bring ideas to the further development of the shopping strategy and contribute to the optimization of internal processes.
