Your varied tasks include: Processing and coordination of requests from professional associations Accounting and processing of accounting operations Processing of all requests by statutory health insurance companies Creation and processing of applications for outpatient and stationary rehabilitation measures about the statutory health insurance companies on German pension insurance Processing of requests and documents for the Social Court Processing of requests from the National Office for Health and Social Affairs (LAGeSo) and other authorities Preparation of medical tests and certificates Compilation of requested findings and medical opinions Communication and correspondence with authorities, cost-benefits, insurance and other institutions

We would like to have an employee with: Professional experience in a medical practice, MVZ or a hospital Experience in medical administration ideally knowledge of billing as well as dealing with health insurance companies and professional associations very good knowledge of German in word and writing safe handling of current MS Office applications independent, structured and conscientious procedure Organizational and Responsibility friendly and binding occurrence Joy in cooperation in a dedicated practice team
