What your tasks are:

• in your pedagogical everyday life, you carefully test the children in their different situations of life and support them individually
• based on your observations, you develop new learning opportunities and implement them in a variety of ways
• while collecting your own experiences, you accompany the children and strengthen them in their own development
• you also conduct parent talks and document the development of children carefully in the portfolio

What we want from you:

• you have completed training as an educator (m/w/d), a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d), a social assistant (m/w/d) or a nurse (m/w/d)
• Your experience in working with children aged 1-6 is beneficial
• flexible working hours between 30 and 35 hours a week fit well with you
• very good German knowledge and a valid work permit are available
