Complete studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification Entrepreneurial thinking and action, willingness to use, initiative and team spirit Funded experience in project management, acquisition of construction projects and construction management – ideally in road, underground or road construction leadership experience with the ability to inspire and tie employees Impressed communication strength and customer orientation as well as high cost awareness Safe handling of billing and calculation programs (ideally RIB iTwo) and MS Office
