In Hückeswagen we are looking for motivated machine operators (m/w/d) to strengthen our team. In this role you support the smooth production and contribute to producing high-quality products. Your main tasks are the operation and monitoring of machines and the implementation of simple control and packaging activities. In our modern work environment you will become part of a team that places value on cooperation and precision.

• You take over the assembly and operation of production machines.
• You perform simple quality controls to ensure that products meet the standards.
• You help in the packaging and preparation of the products for shipping.
• You support the team in general production tasks such as refilling material.
• You keep the workplace clean and tidy and contribute to compliance with safety standards.

We are looking for

As a machine operator (m/w/d), you do not need specific vocational training, but a basic technical understanding and motivated work setting is crucial. It is important to us that you work reliably and carefully to meet our high quality requirements.

• Ideally, you have first experience in production or are ready to work into new processes.
• You bring a quick understanding and technical interest.
• You are characterized by team skills and a structured way of working.
• You are physically resilient and want to work in a shift.
• You have good German skills to understand and implement work instructions.
