Process Engineer IT-Security (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. In the field of “CCITS Security Cross Functions” we are responsible for the provision of cross-average tasks to maintain service, solution and project management. We are part of the “Competence Center IT-Security” (CCITS), in which the operating IT, information and cyber security competencies are centralized within the CDO division of BWI.

Responsible for the process description, analysis and optimization of services and process-related project components Service-specific process implementation and consulting in the context of service development, service improvement, and delivery of service-specific Application cases and their process implementation Support in the creation and maintenance of process related templates in service related ITSM tools Quality Testing and Administration at Knowledge Management in the ITSM Tool Coordination, modelling and preparation of approval of applications in ARIS Support in creating service architecture diagrams in ARIS Creation and updating of service-specific specification documents in compliance with the requirements of the business process model Documentation and verification of business processes

Completed subject-related vocational training or completed subject-related university studies About 5 years (after training) or 2 years (after studying) Funded knowledge in the field of process engineering, as well as in the creation of documentation using Microsoft Office products Experience in process modelling (e.g. ARIS, EPK, WKD, Swimlane, Visio) Knowledge in the environment IT security Basic technical understanding and rapid understanding in order to be able to show complex facts clearly ITIL certification required German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
