The Lebenshilfewerk Pinneberg for people with disabilities gGmbH is a subsidiary of the Stiftung Lebenshilfe Südholstein. Since 1974, children, young people and adults with disabilities have been accompanied on their way to more self-determination and social participation. Around 150 employees are involved in three locations according to the leitmotif “It is normal to be different” for more than 400 to attendees. In the client's order, conQuaesso® JOBS is looking for an area management at Pinneberg at the closest possible point in time for work, education, rehabilitation (w/m/d)

As head of the area, you take over the overall economic, human, administrative and conceptual responsibility for the work, education and rehabilitation business. You ensure and plan, promote and guide staff through transparent communication and clearly formulated targets. By maintaining relations with the contracting entities and strategic expansion of the network, you bear the responsibility for the production of services within the workshops. You can work constructively with colleagues from all internal areas, sister institutions and external partners, offices and authorities.

You have completed their studies in the field of business, economics, engineering, technology or comparable. A special educational supplementary qualification or the willingness to acquire it is desirable. Professional and management experience in complex corporate structures as well as in the field of production and work – ideally in workshops or day-to-day support facilities – complete your profile. With a pronounced number, technology, and IT confession as well as sound knowledge in the management of IT projects and secure IT user knowledge, you support the development of digital, participation-oriented offers. You convince with a high level of organisational ability, a self-responsible way of working, empathy for your employees and employees and an affinity for the design of handicapped-friendly living and working conditions.
