Self-employed settlement of all accounting activities for a defined group of services and competent advice and support for employees and executives on issues of pay billing as well as on tax and social insurance issues Accounting of pensioners (monthly pensions and capital disbursements) Responsibility for the retrieval of electronic incapacity certificates (eAU) and the determination of pay-back periods Issue of certificates for employees and required notifications to authorities Preparation and implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting Contact person* for business medical matters, including scheduling at the company doctor and organization of vaccinations Cooperation with our team “Operating Integration Management” Support for various audits Participation in the creation of HR reports and annual work Continuous verification, optimization and documentation of billing processes

Completed commercial training, study of the business economy with a focus on personnel or comparable qualifications Relevant professional experience in pay billing, ideally in a collective enterprise, is a prerequisite Knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Reduced handling of billing systems (ideally PAISY/ATOSS) and MS Office (especially MS Excel) Analytical skills and a pronounced numerical understanding High service orientation, team skills and excellent communication skills Designed organizational competence, independent and self-responsibility Absolute discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
