Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Projektmanagement

We are looking for a motivated and motivating leadership for the Office for Road Construction to lead the business and entertainment of roads as well as the four street masters.

Your duties • Head of the business and entertainment area with currently 6 employees and four street masters with a total of 110 employees • laying down principles, guidelines and instructions for the processing of tasks assigned to the subject • Monitoring the workflows and guidance of staff in the field • Create statistics and analyses and their assessment • Technical processing of basic questions of maintenance and entertainment of the federal, state and district roads of the county • Coordination of the necessary measures for maintenance and maintenance services for federal and state roads with the State Office for Road Construction and Transport • technical assistance to the awarding authority in the implementation of procurement procedures for the maintenance, maintenance and repair of roads and landscaping, as well as for the procurement of materials for road masters External services are required for activity.

Your profile • a completed university education in the field of civil engineering, road and transport, or infrastructure management, or in a field that conveys comparable content • in the case of a foreign education qualification, the recognition of the competent authority for the qualification (recognition finder - start anognition-in-deutschland.de) • very good knowledge of German in word and writing • Responsibility and decision-making, planning and organisational strength, loadability/stress tolerance, contact and communication skills, leadership/ enforcement capability • Driving licence class B • the willingness to use private cars in the service of the Saxon Travel Cost Act
