Advising the specialist departments regarding the technical implementation of their technical requirements in the SAP HR systems Third-level support, further development and adaptation of the SAP HCM system with the modules PA, PY, PT, OM, TM, BAV, PKP, self-services based on Fiori Responsible analysis, design and implementation of requirements in the corresponding modules, including customization and implementation in the SAP HCM applications Participation in a global introduction of SuccessFactors/Employe Center and subsequent development and support of the system Control of external service providers Participation in larger SAP HCM projects

Completed studies of business management, computer science and Business informatics or comparable qualifications Relevant professional experience in SAP HR consulting for large companies with complex system landscapes, ideally in SAP HCM Consulting or in similar positions Good knowledge in customizing in several of the following modules: PA, PY, PT, OM, TM, BAV, PKP, Self-Services based on Fiori SAP SuccessFactors knowledge or general interest for SAP SuccessFactors Good communication capability and independent and proactive operation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
