You analyse the project-specific requirements and coordinate the planning process in relation to BIM methodology in our integral teams You are responsible for model-based project execution in various software environments You are responsible for controlling and coordinating BIM projects with regard to the BIM standards of the builder You create the BAP based on the AIA of the builder You work closely with the project participants and the BIM department and are central interface You support the further development of our model-based BIM processes

Successful study of civil engineering, architecture and architectural informatics or comparable training First well-founded professional experience in the field of work presented Application of model-based CAD systems (in particular Revit) and tools for BIM quality assurance and control (e.g. Solibri, BIMcollab ZOOM) Safe handling of BIM work methods and BIM 360 as well as experience in handling IFC and BCF Result-oriented operation, communication strength and team capacity The position can be flexibly occupied at one of our offices in Bielefeld or Hamburg.
