Advice/representation of our patients: women and their relatives during the hospital stay Advice to patients / patients with oncological diseases (connection treatment, GdB etc.) Collection of social analysts and the treatment of problem management using the methods of social work/social pedagogy Organisation of the necessary assistance services (connection treatment, domestic care planning, nursing home care etc.) Advice on social questions and further assistance for patients: Participation in dismissal management, work in the multi-professional team Coordination tasks between all participants in the help process within and outside the hospital and between all participants in post-stationary care and rehabilitation Support for certifications of departments and centres

Complete study of social work, social education or a comparable degree (e.g. Diploma, B.A., M.A.) Career experience in social services, hospitals, clinics or comparable social institutions Knowledge of relevant social legislation (SGB V, IX, XI) and experience in dealing with applications (Reha, Rente, Care Level, Disabled ID) Interest or experience in the dismissal management and advice of patients: Ability to multi-professional cooperation with doctors:inside, nurses and therapists:inside High empathy, communication and consulting skills and joy in team work Structured, reliable and independent operation – even in challenging situations
