Implementation of small and medium-sized procurement projects, usually heat and water Support in the analysis of the supplier market and business needs as well as economic comparisons of purchasing concepts Participation in the implementation of tenders and negotiations of framework contracts within the framework of the assigned competences and in coordination with the Purchasing Directorate Support in the collection, assessment and evaluation of the requirements placed on the part of the services to be purchased (e.g. service and delivery services) in order to derive further action needs and optimization possibilities
