As Manager Global Mobility / Expatriate Management (m/w/d), you are an experienced team. Together we advise globally active companies and their employees:in the course of international operations. First respondent: When it comes to a question of sending, personnel departments or posted employees will contact you. Projects: You carry out global mobility projects independently. Return cycle: You take the review of different work results, such as sending contracts, income comparisons / balance sheets, and cost estimates for the entire shipment. Responsibility: You conduct send-off talks with the employees:inside and/or executives and/or personnel department or are contact person / escalation department for team members in case of questions about this. Variety: You take over the global coordination of all other services as part of the sending of employees: both Deloitte internally (e.g. tax advice, social security, immigration, labour law) and externally from third-party providers (e.g. relocation, language courses and intercultural training, medical assistance for companies). Global teamwork: You work closely with our foreign Deloitte offices to ensure the optimal global consulting of our clients.

Completed study of economics / cultural studies or comparable degree Mind. 5 years of global mobility experience, ideally in a mailing department of an industrial or consulting company Experiences in project work, ideally in project management when implementing HR projects Basic knowledge in the field of income tax and social insurance, labour law and residence law with a view to cross-border employee participation German and English very well in word and writing as well as good communication and interaction capability Systematic operation combined with analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as professional appearance towards clients, high commitment, flexibility and above all customer orientation
