Multiannual practical experience (approx. 3–5+ years) in system administration or comparable qualification Good knowledge about Windows and Linux-based systems and Active Directory Interest in diverse IT technologies (Windows, Linux, Cloud, Network) and the ability to work into new topics structured Knowledge or interest in script languages (PowerShell, Bash, VB, VBA) Awareness of IT security and data protection (Baseline/Hardening, Logging/Monitoring are desirable) Teamability, self-initiative and high level of learning / autodidactic working Structured and careful operation Certificates are not a must – if available, if viewed
