Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) is a top customer and is responsible for strategic brand consulting. You plan, implement and coordinate campaigns, guide your team and manage budgets successfully. In close cooperation with internal teams, external service providers and agencies, you will ensure a smooth process. Description You are the first point of contact for your customers: you are responsible for all campaigns You actively promote key topics in strategic brand consulting, have clear goals and think beyond your own tasks You stand by your consulting team as a professional lead and promote its development You control budget planning with your strong understanding of numbers and drive for an economically successful implementation You coordinate cooperation between internal teams, external service providers and agencies to ensure smooth running You are responsible for the holistic support of the campaigns (online & classic) You report directly to the management

Long-term experience in an advisory role, ideally on the agency side Extensive expertise in brand-strategic expansion and leadership of customer teams A real team player with successful leadership and further development of teams Deep understanding of the development and implementation of communication concepts, campaigns and creative content Safe handling of project and customer controlling to ensure the success of projects Experience in film, photo and content production as well as social media, print and pure drawing Sovereign communication with customers: the ability to hold convincing presentations Strong and solution-oriented - with a pragmatic approach that efficiently masters challenges Embossed feel for creation and design, with a safe view for visual and conceptual quality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
