Number: MER0003YRH The staff function Central functions Programming (RD/RB) within the car development of Mercedes-Benz is responsible for the planning and control of personnel use, from capacity and budget requirements to programming. Our team “RD Central Functions Programming”, consisting of 14 employees at the Sindelfingen site, is looking for support in the daily tasks. These exciting challenges await you: Development and co-design of processes

Maintenance and updating of records

Participation in reporting and identification

Preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops

Creating documents for management

Participation in the creation of manuals, process models and schedules

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Degree course of the Department of Economics (e.g. Industrial Engineering, BWL, VWL or Business Informatics or a comparable technical degree course focusing on Supply Chain Management)

First experience in project management, in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Access,...), key figures analysis and data management and/or in process design and method development

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Personal competencies: Self-oriented and structured work

Engagement, initiative and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

High level of accuracy and care
