Here you actively shape and take responsibility from the start.

You advise and advise long-term private and business customers in all insurance and precautionary matters. In doing so, you analyze existing contracts, optimize the security situation and develop individual solutions. A large customer base is available for direct acquisition. You continue developing this stock and gain new customers without cold acquisitions, but with recommendations, increased contacts and professional advice. In addition, you build sustainable customer relationships, take responsibility for your own customer base and address service concerns as well as the regulation of small damage.

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), Insurance Manager (m/w/d), Insurance Manager (m/w/d), Insurance Manager (m/w/d) or comparable qualification in the field of insurance, financial services or banking. Experience in customer consulting, sales, external services or internal services, ideally in insurance distribution, financial advice or in the field of precaution and insurance. Communication strength, consulting competence, final orientation as well as joy in active customer contact and relationship management. Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, target orientation and motivation to develop a customer base independently. Car driving license and willingness to regional customer support.
