The Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen (LBIH) is the central construction and real estate service provider of the Hessian state administration. We offer the indefinite position as: Teamleiter (m/w/d) In this leadership position, you take over the team management and professional leadership of the Finance and Controlling area. Together with your colleagues, you are entrusted with the diverse tasks of financial accounting, such as the processing of input invoices, reporting and reminding, etc. The site is the East branch, based in Fulda.

Team management and professional management of finance and controlling, in particular monitoring and control of workflows and results, while respecting the principles of proper accounting Budget management and monitoring, including counter taxes on deviations Monitoring of bookings and setup of PS projects / RE objects (SAP) Basic work for the creation of the success, performance and financial plan (economic plan) Technical guidance and support in commercial facility management Support of project management in the development of revenue planning, updating and realisation, in the production of forecasts (building costs of land and federal government) and in data management and reporting Implementation of the controlling and standard reporting of the branch Editing policy issues and creating project and object related reports on cost and performance accounting with deviation analysis and development of solutions proposals

Completed degree (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) in the business sector or degree as a state-tested/in-house, account holder or comparable qualification Long-term professional experience in accounting and relevant knowledge in the field of fixed assets Leadership, team and conflict resolution capabilities Engagement, reliability, coordination and organisational skills Good knowledge of the MS Office programs as well as in SAP, ideally in the SAP modules FI, CO, PS and PM Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch
