Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the building block portfolio of TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK You independently develop the portfolio strategy and agree with engineering, strategy and other stakeholders. You plan and develop the building block portfolio according to the portfolio and corporate strategy. You coordinate the creation and maintenance of the building block roadmaps and ensure their topicality. You monitor the progress of the projects and initiatives within the portfolio in quality, cost and time and report on it. You independently coordinate the financing of activities within the portfolio. You define the associated processes and monitor their compliance. You conduct special projects and take special tasks to further develop the department.

You have a successfully completed university degree in natural or engineering sciences or a comparable degree. You bring many years of practical professional experience in systems engineering or in the development of technical products. You have a qualification in the field of “Systems Engineering” or you are ready to acquire it. You are characterized by excellent strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation and innovation. You have very good knowledge and experience in the planning, implementation and control of internal improvement projects. You can quickly capture complex and abstract relationships in technical and organizational systems. You have a strong communication capability, work in a result-oriented manner and have a compromising capacity, enforcement capability and a keenness to decide. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
