As a central point of intersection between production and IT, you can ensure that our HYDRA MES system runs reliably and is continuously developed. You work closely with users, departments and external partners and actively promote the digital transformation of our production site. With your know-how, you create sustainable solutions and support a modern, future-oriented manufacturing environment.

Secure the frictionless operation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) HYDRA including cutting points, clients and peripherals Analysis and troubleshooting as well as processing of service requests in 1st and 2nd level support Implementation of system updates, patches and user and authorization administration Analysis and optimization of MES processes and functions in close cooperation with the departments Recording and evaluating requirements as well as developing appropriate IT solutions with external partners Planning, testing and introduction of system and process improvements Cooperation in local IT and digitization projects Creation and maintenance of system documentation Training for key users and end users

Completed study of (economic) computer science, engineering skills or comparable Multiannual work experience in the production-related IT environment Good knowledge of administration, configuration and further development of an MES solution ideally with HYDRA 8.2 or HYDRA X Structured, solution-oriented and independent work Team spirit, communication strength and hands-on mentality Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing
