In this position, you play a central role in the care and handling of our customer orders and actively contribute to ensuring a smooth sales process.

Customer order processing Residue resolution taking into account a priority list Date information and time tracking of orders, offers and delivery calls Processing of technical customer requests Processing of complaints Summary of problems and forwarding to the specialist departments for solution invention Creation of offers Shipping of brochures and technical documents Active contact with potential and existing customers Telephone consultation and active telephone sales with direct order completion

Successfully completed commercial or technical training At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position desirable Experience in order processing of technical products or pronounced technical affinity of advantage Good SAP knowledge Basic knowledge of using CRM systems Joy in handling customers Friendly and secure appearance on the phone Sales engineering skills Self-responsible, structured and targeted mode of operation High communication and service orientation Loadability, teamability and flexibility
