The Kita Bilingoo was opened in January 2010 as the first private day nursery in Koblenz. Since 2013, our facility has been run as an in-house nursery. We offer our services to companies that can book them with us as part of a cooperation for the children of their employees. Our Kita is located at the Pfaffendorfer Höhe Koblenz and is easily accessible by public transport. Parking is available in sufficient numbers in front of the house. In three groups with a total of 48 seats, we serve children aged six months to enter school. In our nest group, the hedgehogs, we take up a maximum of 10 children until the second year of life. The children older than two years will find their place in our two age-mixed groups, the Pinnipeds and Bumblebees. The English-speaking group names originate from the bilingual concept at that time. We have decided to retain the names in order to preserve the origin of the institution.

Your tasks

Care and promotion of children:- Planning and implementation of educational activities and projects.

• Promoting individual development and strengthening the social skills of children.
• Observation and documentation of development progress.

Educational everyday life:- Development and implementation of age-appropriate educational opportunities.

• organisation and support of excursions and special events.
• Creating a stimulating and secure learning environment.

Parent work:- Regular communication and cooperation with parents.

• Conducting parental talks and evenings.
• Advising parents in matters of education and development of their children.

Teamwork:- Multiprofessional team.

• Participation in team meetings and training.
• Support for the incorporation of new colleagues.

Administrative tasks:- Leadership of attendance lists and educational reports.

• Participation in the quality development and assurance of the institution.
• Implementation and compliance with educational concepts and guidelines.

That's what you bring

Qualifications:- Completed training as an educator, social pedagogue or comparable qualification.

• Knowledge of early childhood education and education.

Educational skills:- Experience in work with children in the age of cribs and/or kindergarten.

• Ability to monitor and document child development processes.
• Creativity and richness of ideas in the design of educational offers.
