You coordinate the disposition of service orders by phone and by email Support in various projects and take over Backoffice activities You regularly write reports and statistics for different projects In addition, you are responsible for the continuous development of our customer service and for the processing of general administrative tasks in the assistance center.

Closed commercial training e.g. industrial businessman / businesswoman for office management m/w/d and first professional experience in customer service Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (in particular Excel) required Knowledge in the field of software solutions for order acquisition and disposition Teamability, flexibility and an independent and conscientious way of working
