Calculator HLSK TGA (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consultancy for specialists and executives, is looking for a calculator HLS in permanent position.

Our client is part of a large group of companies in construction and technical building equipment (TGA). The focus is on demanding construction projects, among other things in building repair, where economic and technical objectives are equally important. As part of the tendering and project preparation, tenders are examined, masses and costs are determined and alternatives and special proposals are prepared. Cooperation shall be carried out in close cooperation with internal departments and external partners such as suppliers and subcontractors. The employer works with established processes and places value on comprehensible costing bases and clean data management.

In the role as calculator HLS, you take responsibility from the offer idea to the final pricing and actively participate in the project success. Processing and control of the supply phase for demanding HLS projects taking into account economic and technical objectives Examination and assessment of tender documents and derivation of tender questions, opportunities and risks for the calculation Creation of quotation, order and work calculations with the involvement of internal experts and external partners Mass and cost determination, including collection and evaluation of material prices, as well as post-contracting services Preparation of final discussions on offer finalization, participation in awards and consistent maintenance of costing data

completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification with respect to TGA or HLS First to well-founded experience in costing, ideally in the field of HLSK/TGA and in the context of complex construction projects Knowledge in VOB and relevant standards desirable and ability to safely interpret requirements from performance directories Good user knowledge in a billing and calculation program as well as safe handling of numbers, quantities and cost logics Independent, structured working with technical and economic understanding as well as team spirit and sense of responsibility
