IT-Helpdesk (w/d)

Your tasks: • You work closely with the Service Desk and the 2nd Level Support to ensure smooth running • You are also responsible for the qualification and processing of enquiries and orders and, if necessary, assist in technical and technical implementation • Documentation of enquiries and incidents in the Service Management Tool is also one of your daily tasks • Together with your colleagues, you carry out error analysis and problem solving in various SAP modules

Your qualifications: • Completed IT studies or comparable training in a relevant field • Impressed problem-solving competence and the ability to systematically analyze complex challenges and develop solutions • At least one year of practical experience in the relevant field • Team skills and a service-oriented working method to optimally meet the needs of our customers
