This challenge awaits you:

• Self-programming, setting up and operating state-of-the-art 8-axis CNC grinding centres from Rollomatic

• Production of VHM/CBN series tools and customized special tools with highest precision

• Continuous monitoring and ensuring production quality, including detailed logging

• Implementation of precision measurements and final checks on manufactured parts using microscopes and special measuring instruments

• Continuous optimization of tools and grinding processes as well as carrying out smaller repairs

• Responsibility for regular maintenance and inspection of machines and filter systems to ensure trouble-free production

Your profile:

• Complete training in the field of metal processing or a related field

• Previous activity in the area of tool grinding of advantage

• Experience in handling the Fanuc control is required

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Embossed technical understanding and ability to quickly incorporate into new processes

• High motivation, reliability and ready-to-use are expected

• Initiative, resilience and strong team skills are welcome
