Professional leadership responsibility for construction staff as well as control and selection of contractors Own-responsible handling including billing of construction projects in the building industry – from work preparation to handover (new construction and construction in stock) Ensuring project targets in terms of dates, quality and costs Coordination and control of building processes on site Close cooperation with the team at the construction site (policy), costing and management Implementation of technical solutions taking account of economic aspects Contact for all participants in the construction during the project term

Complete artisanal training with training as master or civil engineering technician or a study in civil engineering Professional experience in the construction management, ideally in the building (construction) Knowledge gained in the control of construction sites and in the handling of entrepreneurs Embossed hands-on mentality and solution-oriented / entrepreneurial thinking Grounded personality with high self-responsibility and joy of decision Organisational skills and a structured and team-oriented way of working Communication strength and safe occurrence on the construction site and project participants
