Manager (m/w/d) Portfolio Management

Your tasks:

• You define project reporting requirements, create portfolio reports and
• They are responsible for the conceptual development of existing (VBA) tools and new development of tools for portfolio management
• You are professional contact in IT projects
• You create portfolio reports in PowerBI, among others, to ensure the overall overview of the network project portfolio
• You assume the role of the Power User for the IT tools used in portfolio management
• They continuously develop the processes and (data) structures of portfolio management

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies with technical engineering, engineering or natural sciences, etc. or vocational training with corresponding additional qualification
• First experience in project or project portfolio management, as well as experience in working with large data volumes desirable
• Embossed conceptual competence for the methodological development of processes, structures and tools
• Knowledge of office and project management software as well as strong knowledge in MS Excel, VBA, SAP, Power Pivot and Power BI
• High communication and team skills
• Flowing German and English skills
