Lead Coordinator* Electrical Design

You coordinate and control the electrical construction in projects, i.e. You have quality, dates and costs in mind and actively develop processes and standards You monitor the technical work of the electric design team, ensure that specialist processes are adhered to in the projects, and drive improvements and Lessons Learnt consistently Together with the team and department management, you develop the strategy and portfolio of the Automation department, with market developments and current trends You plan deputy staff and budget of the electric design team and provide the necessary infrastructure to enable projects to be handled cleanly You accompany the professional and personal development of the electric design team and actively contribute to the department's financial year planning

You have a completed study or training (engineer, technician, master) in electrical engineering or mechatronics, with professional experience in special machine construction You have well-founded expertise in electrical construction, control cabinet construction and plant construction You introduce your expertise in the technical management and coordination of projects (time, budget & result) as well as employees, and actively and independently drive the continuous optimization of E-construction processes and standards You work and lead with clarity - always professionally convincing, binding in appearance, and also able to hold a team together in stressful phases. Negotiating skills, organizational skills and clear communication in German and English complete your profile
