Your Home of IT is the Department of Stationary Retail. Here we design the IT landscape for our markets and ensure that central processes in stationary trade work reliably. In the Product Store Mobile Solutions (StorMS), we develop and operate mobile hardware platforms for market operation and are responsible for the interaction of terminals, applications and services. We thus create the technical basis for a modern and future-oriented market day at REWE Group. The place is limited to 12 months.

Tasks that keep you posted: You analyze technical and technical requirements for mobile devices, applications and services in the stationary retail and form user stories for development. You prepare workshops to receive requests, moderate them and work together with different stakeholders on suitable solutions. You take responsibility by planning and accompanying the rollouts of new features and applications in the market environment. You carry out functional and integration tests and actively contribute to the quality assurance of the applications. You analyze issues in 3rd level support for mobile hardware solutions and related services. You work in an agile product team and you take into account requirements from IT security, governance and compliance. Must-have: You have experience in requirements engineering and feel comfortable in agile ways. You have a good understanding of stationary retail and technical relationships in the interaction of hardware, software and applications You constructively combine different perspectives in exchange with disciplines and IT. You have very good German and good English skills.

Nice-to-have: You have already worked in food retailing or in a comparable environment. You have experience with tools like Jira, Confluence or Test Management tools. You know Android-based terminal platforms, mobile device management or large device fleets. You've already analyzed interfaces or tracked technical fault images.
