We are responsible for the software for the audit services in German pension insurance. You are responsible for the effectiveness of 1-2 Scrum teams and accompany the teams in their challenges You are a facilitator for discussions, decision-making, conflict solutions and create the necessary framework for this. You support team meetings You live and represent the agile values in the organization You are used for product development by advancing continuous reflection and improvement, ensuring the necessary transparency and making changes Together with your teammates, you are driving force for the transformation towards an agile product organization

You have a successfully completed higher education (Bachelor or Diplom FH) in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline (including MINT) You provide long-term knowledge or experience in planning, coordinating and controlling workflows and monitoring work outcomes You are certified Scrum Master or certified SAFe® SCRUM Master 6.0 and bring a multi-year lean-agile experience in the scaled environment with You have knowledge of German in word and writing that you can communicate with our customers at eye level Thanks to your open and proactive attitude, you see changes as a chance and drive them forward You have a high motivation and team and moderation capabilities You bring your empathy and sensitivity to other people to interact effectively with the teams and other stakeholders You bring your pronounced analytical and structured work as well as your communication skills and your persuasiveness to agile work If necessary, support the teams at any time in the office in Berlin
