Rothenburgsort | unlimited We improve what: The infrastructural facility management is responsible for ensuring an economic, safe and sustainable operation of the properties and outdoor facilities used by Hamburg water. The tasks include the management of infrastructure services, the performance of operator and traffic management obligations, and the guarantee of proper management of the sites. Among the areas of responsibility are green and grey care, winter service, cleaning and other facility services related to location.

Control and coordination of green and grey care at HAMBURG WASSER sites commissioning, monitoring and quality control of external service providers Tendering, awarding and contract management of care and maintenance services Ensuring traffic and operational safety and monitoring of operator obligations Organisation and control of the winter service including performance monitoring Planning and implementation of sustainable measures for the further development of outdoor facilities including budget and cost management

Complete training with master qualification in the field of gardening and landscape building, facility management or a comparable discipline or comparable skills and knowledge Multiannual experience in the planning, control and monitoring of green and grey care and winter services Knowledge of relevant legal and technical requirements, in particular in the field of traffic safety, work, environmental and nature protection Experience in the management of service providers and in contract, performance and quality management Impressed organisational and coordination capacity for controlling multiple locations, measures and external contractors Secure handling of digital applications and systems for order, budget and performance control (e.g. SAP, CAFM systems and MS Office)
